Kata Team Herren There was no really big difference between the 6 teams which joined the tournament. On the end the team from Czech republic and the Austrian team was in the final. And the Austrian did open it. Their Unsu was hard and dynamic and the following Bunkai with fighting spirit. Than it was the czech teams part and shortly after her performance of Gojushiho Sho I've seen the Austria team in front, but than the Czech team did start with Bunkai, performing actions which did make eyes become big and wide. One time, during a training fight a young girl did perform Mawashi Geri and her trainings partner said: "Now your foot must burn." While the skin on his throat got red color and the sound of the hit was rolling down the walls of the dojo. Even louder was the noise as the jumped Ura Mawashi Geri did hit the cheak of the team member in high speed. Also here it's easy to believe that foot and cheak did feel a bit of burning. And this really spectacular beginning more action did follow. Hard, fast and impressing that the judges did give a 5:0 for the team from Czech republic. Das Team aus Österreich

 

Like the day before at the Male Kata event also in Female a lot of competitors was on the way. Though 4 pools was necessary this time. In the round of the last 4 finally Mirka Vasekova (Czech), Hoang Ngan Nguyen (Member of the vietnamese Kata team), Thu Ha Do Thi (Member of the vietnamese Kata team) and Eimi Kurita from Hawai, (United states of America) winner of the 61 kg Kumite categorie was left. Clearly better Nguyen did beat with Anan the Suparimpei of Vasekova. For the audience a tight thing was the match between Do Thi and Kurita. Both did performe Anan and in both cases a very good one. The biggest difference was, that Kurita did'nt hit her Gi doing the Hikite for making sound. So her performance was much more quiet than the one of Do Thi. On the end the final event was Nguyen against Do Thi what did make it to a job between the two members of the vietnam Kata team. And there Nguyen did start with Chatanyara Kushanku. Her performance was highly dynamic and with very fast changing of speed especially while doing the combinations. Do Thi on the other side did do the Paiku. This Ryuei Ryu Kata is a bit strange and not as colourful as Kushanku. And though similar good technique and dynamic the Paiku of Do Thi could not be danger for the Kushanku of Nguyen.

Kumite

Kumite Damen  -50 kg

Spirited and very good motivated Jana Bitsch went into the match against Ulrike Öckl. And there she did have with her actions just the better timing while she did move out of Ulrike Öckls attacks in fast reactions.

Kumite Herren  -75 kg

The last fight of the tournament was in the 75 kg categorie. There Diego Vandeschrick from Belgium did fight against Kenji Grillon from Frankreich. Though Grillon was the one with more activity who did attack also with fast combinations hard and stormy. On the other side Diego Vandeschrick was the one who did control the fight. Waiting for the right moment and than suddenly performing an explosive attack. And on the end he got with a fast and dynamic Jodan Gyaku zuki the point for the 2:1 victory.
